We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join a prestigious Tier One Contractor based in Birmingham. Senior Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Team Management: Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the project, implementing robust contingency plans as necessary.
Budget Control: Monitor project finances, manage budgets, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial performance.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Health & Safety: Uphold and promote a culture of health and safety across all project activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
Innovation: Drive continuous improvement and innovation within project delivery, exploring new methodologies and technologies to enhance efficiency and quality.Senior Project Manager Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Background: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing high-value projects.
Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Technical Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, and best practices.
Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and managing large teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
