The successful candidate will join my client's team as a Senior Project Manager, taking charge of several high-value and intricate office fit-out projects throughout Central London. Your role will encompass comprehensive project management responsibilities, from initial planning and team leadership to budgeting and direct client liaison, all executed with a steadfast commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Leading project development from start to finish.
Defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables in close collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Producing and presenting detailed progress reports, proposals, and documentation.
Managing changes and potential project risks proactively, with well-prepared contingency plans.
Motivating and guiding project teams and contractors towards achieving project goals.Candidate Profile:

Extensive experience in Project Management, preferably within a Main Contractor setting.
A strong background in managing high-end or luxury fit-out projects.
Relevant academic and construction-related qualifications.
Outstanding communication abilities and a client-oriented approach.Offer:

Salary range: £60,000 - £70,000.
