Senior Project Manager- Driffield

An exciting opporutnity to join an award winning and innovative construction company as a Senior project Manager on our Driffield site that sits on an old RAF base.

The role of a Senior Project Manager at Reds10:

As Senior Project Manager, you will be accountable for the initiation, oversight and successful delivery of a number of projects in your sector, and leading/working in project teams. You will provide strong and effective leadership in managing relationships and programmes to deliver outputs, in order to realise commercially successful outcomes, on time, to high quality standards and with great customer satisfaction. The role will predominantly be office based in Reds10 Driffield, with visits to the factory, site, consultant offices and client locations as required.

Accountabilities:

* Delivery of agreed carbon reduction and social value targets on projects

* Identification, management and mitigation of cost, commercial, time and reputational risk and opportunity on projects, including compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards

* Inspiration, leadership, health, safety, well-being and performance of Project Teams

Roles and responsbilities:

* Develop the delivery strategy and provide the drive and focus throughout project lifecycles to ensure that Client, Project and Reds10 objectives are met, promoting best practice and company policies at each stage.

* Co-ordinate and manage internal and external resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

* Determine resource requirements (staffing, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitation

* Lead the design stage process, working with Design Managers to develop and achieve sign off on a fully coordinated and compliant set of Contractors Proposals and planning application documents on time and to budget

* Undertake line management responsibilities, setting and manging standards and performance and ensuring effective communication

Qualifications/Experience:

* Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline/or equivalent work experience

* Member of APM/RICS/CIOB/ICE or equivalent professional organisation, or actively working towards membership

* Established PM, having worked with or from a consultancy or principal contracting background

* Experience of modular building desirable but not essential
