Senior Software Project Manager
Remote (monthly meetings in Hertfordshire)
Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)

We are working with a cutting-edge SaaS provider in Hertfordshire, on the brink of exciting growth after a period of substantial growth. As they expand their operations, they are seeking a talented Senior PM to join their dynamic team and help bring innovative software solutions to life.
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of experience of client facing Project Management experience, ideally for a software house or SaaS provider.
Formal project management qualifications (Prince 2, PMP, Agile).
Line management experience, comfortable leading and training teams of PMs, BAs and product owners.
Comfortable managing flagship client relationships.
Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through to successful delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and motivating cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Implementing best project management practices to drive efficiency and quality.
Communicating with stakeholders to provide project updates and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Adapting to changing project needs and facilitating Agile methodologies when necessary.
Line management and support of more junior colleagues.
