I am currently working with a Housing Association based in Liverpool, looking for a Senior Project Manager
Our client is a well-established Housing Association dedicated to providing safe and sustainable housing solutions for their communities. They are committed to excellence in housing management and maintenance, ensuring that our residents have the best possible living conditions.
They are currently seeking a Cladding Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Liverpool on a rolling 3-month contract.
The Role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for cladding removal and replacement at 2-3 high rise blocks, delivering roofing, kitchen and bathroom renewal programmes.
Key Responsibilities.
Manage the entire cladding project lifecycle, from initiation to closeout.
Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget management.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure milestones are met.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
Provide regular project status reports to senior management.What They Are Looking For:
Proven experience as a Cladding Project Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of cladding systems and materials.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets and schedules.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Relevant construction or engineering qualifications (e.g., BSc in Construction Management).
Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.About them
