Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to join their team. You will be joining in phase 3 of a multi million pound residential project based in Mayfair. This project is at the fit out phase so the client is looking for someone who can join and take the lead from the offset and who is confident dealing with high end residential fit out projects.
Our client specialise in luxury homes and commercial projects so experience in this field is highly desirable.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within the construction industry is essential
- Experience working on a Residential project
- Experience working on a high spec fit out desired
- Coordinate the construction team and define the budget to effectively allocate appropriate resources
- Comply with safety codes and legal requirements, reporting all process to the client
