The Senior Project Manager Role
The selected Senior Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the completion of several intricate and valuable projects in Central London. In this critical position, you will manage all aspects of project execution, from initial planning stages through to successful completion, maintaining a steadfast commitment to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Manage the project development lifecycle from inception to conclusion.
Scope and Objectives: Clearly define the project scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with senior management and stakeholders.
Reporting and Documentation: Produce detailed progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Change Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and develop contingency plans.
Team Development: Lead, inspire, and mentor project team members and contractors to foster a productive and cooperative work environment.
The Ideal Senior Project Manager
Extensive experience in Project Management with a Main Contractor.
