Our client is a specialist contractor specialising in the high-end residential market. They deliver unique residential projects including new build, refurb, restoration and fit-out projects
The Project:
The company is looking for a Senior Project Manager who has the experience to deliver (from start to finish) a £20m retained façade with RC frame, to be fitted out with 7 apartments in prime Knightsbridge. The position requires someone who has the technical ability to deliver a heavy refurb/newbuild/structural alterations project in a logistically challenging postcode.
This is what you call a challenge!
The project duration is approx. 18 months, 4 months or pre-con, 2 months of which a specialist contractor will be constructing the frame.
The Senior Project Manager will be someone who can take hold of the job, run a contract, is proficient with Asta, can plan ahead, knows what they're doing and has a plan.
Summary:
·Has the expertise to oversee daily operations of a construction project; heading the project management, design management, value engineering and commercial management fields. Demonstrate proficiency in proven project management methodologies
·Submit comprehensive progress reports and initiate consistent communication with clients and key stakeholders.
