5-Star Hotel Refurbishment & CAT B Fit-Out | West End, London | £110,000–£130,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
A leading main contractor is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead a landmark £35m structural refurbishment and CAT B fit-out of a 5-star hotel in the heart of London's West End. This is a flagship project on a prestigious address, and a genuine opportunity for an ambitious PM to put their name to a scheme of real profile.
The project
A full structural refurbishment paired with a high-specification CAT B fit-out, delivering a finished product befitting a 5-star hotel. The role demands someone who can balance the complexities of structural works with the exacting quality standards of luxury interiors, all within a live, constrained central London environment.
The role
Taking full ownership of the project from your appointment through to handover, you'll lead the site team, drive the programme, manage the commercial and technical delivery, and be the senior point of contact for the client and design team. You'll set the standard for safety, quality and pace on site.
Key responsibilities
* Overall delivery of the project to programme, budget and specification
* Leading and developing the site management team
* Managing structural refurbishment works alongside a high-end CAT B fit-out
* Owning the client relationship and chairing project and design team meetings
* Driving health, safety and quality across all works
* Coordinating subcontractors, logistics and the sequencing of a complex central London site
What you'll need
* Proven experience delivering high-value refurbishment and fit-out projects, ideally in hospitality, luxury residential or premium commercial
* A track record of running schemes of £20m+ from start to finish
* Strong understanding of both structural refurbishment and CAT B fit-out delivery
* Excellent client-facing and leadership skills
* Relevant qualifications and tickets (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid); a construction-related degree or equivalent is advantageous
