An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading property and construction consultancy based in central Leeds.
Project Manager - The role:
Working within the capital delivery team for a major public sector client, you will be responsible for the full range of professional services for new build and refurbishment projects across a variety of properties, including schools, leisure centres, offices, civic, heritage, depots, industrial, parks and sustainability.
You will be responsible for managing the delivery or projects in accordance with project controls and processes, as well as customer relationships.You will be client focused, a problem solver who will be the point of contact for the client at all levels.

Requirements:
* Sound project management and/or programme management experience post qualification.
* Sound knowledge and proven experience of project management techniques within a construction consultancy environment.
* Excellent problem solving, negotiating, financial and customer service skills.
* Sound IT Skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB.
