Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will lead the project on-site, this role ensures Quality, Cost, and Delivery of all project elements.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the project team, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, cost, and contractual compliance.
* Develop project scopes, deliverables, budget, and schedule.
* Manage contracts, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Ensure nuclear and industrial safety standards.
* Monitor project health using key performance indicators.
* Oversee project procurement, subcontract management, and supply chain strategies.
* Apply project controls methodology with the Project Controls Team.
Skills & Experience
* Proven leadership skills
* Experience with Integrated Project Delivery models and NEC3 contracts
* Understanding of large EPC work, nuclear supply chain, and safety culture
* Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of project delivery methodologies, earned value, critical path scheduling, and construction work packaging
