Senior Project Architect
Central London
£45,000 - £55,000 p/annum (Dependent upon experience)
An exceptional opportunity has become available with a fantastic Architectural studio in their offices in Central London. This practice specialises in large-scale Residential projects both in the UK and Internationally and are seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to contribute to their vibrant team in the heart of London. As a leading architectural practice specializing in urbanism and design, you will have the opportunity to shape cities and communities through innovative large-scale residential projects.
Package:
£45,000 - £55,000 (Dependent Upon experience)
Hybrid working environment (2 days working from home)

Annual LeaveOffice Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Duties:
Lead multiple large scale residential projects through all stages, ensuring seamless coordination from concept to completion
Utilize advanced proficiency in Revit/BIM software for detailed design and technical documentation across residential projects
Manage project timelines and deliverables, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
Collaborate closely with consultants, local authorities, subcontractors, and manufacturers to resolve design issues and ensure project success
Provide mentorship and supervision to a small team of 4-6, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment
Regularly attend sites across London to oversee project progress, address construction challenges, and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
Masters Qualified and ARB registered Architect
Proven track record of delivering large scale residential projects the UK
Expert Revit user
Proven experience in a project running capacity
Confident delivering projects through RIBA stages 3 - 6
Comprehensive understanding of Technical standards and regulations
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) is essential
Must have right to work in the UK
A high-quality portfolio of previous work
