Do you have product management experience and are you seeking a new job in Warwick? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Product/Brand Management Senior Specialist. The role comes with an umbrella contract rate of £36.57/hr (Inside IR35).
This exciting opportunity sits in the Electrification Services team which is responsible for designing, developing and running our EV charging solutions for customers at home and in public. As a Product/Brand Management Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in building and managing the product, with responsibility for commercial, pricing and delivery aspects of the end-to-end proposition.
The role will involve the identification, planning and co-ordination of specific projects relating to the installation of EV home charging solutions for customers. This is a highly collaborative role so we are looking for someone with the ability to work directly with stakeholders and support the delivery of relevant projects, commercial analysis and proposition development from conception to launch.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
Oversee the delivery of significant elements of the EV Home Charging product and proposition roadmap and end-to-end customer journey globally
Create insightful pricing analysis to drive data-led recommendations to support and enable decision-making by evaluating customer, market, and product proposition pricing requirements
Review the company's home charging technology solutions and end to-end process and customer journeys, identifying value opportunities, and forming recommendations on price optimisation, product formulation and input into the home charging business case.
To apply for this Product/Brand Management Senior Specialist role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
Significant experience in a pricing, product, commercial and/or supplier management role
First Class or 2:1 degree in a numerate or business discipline
Ability to lead customer-based pricing and product analysis
Able to communicate insights and recommendations in clear and simple terms and to varied audiences
Experience of delivering new products and propositions to market in large or small organisations
Commercial and technical awareness of a vehicle electrification or charging business (desirable)
The location will be based in Gaydon, however hybrid working is part of the team culture (typically 2 days per week on site).
