Description:
We are looking for an innovative PMO Lead to improve and automate the PMO capability for a financial services business.
The company is looking for someone with a strong background supporting change, transformation, and delivery environments who can take ownership of this PMO from both an operational and strategic perspective.
This role would suit someone who:
• Has worked within modern, data-led and automation-focused PMO environments
• Understands transformation delivery and business change
• Can introduce meaningful reporting, forecasting, and resource/risk visibility
• Is comfortable applying judgement and influencing delivery outcomes, rather than operating within a traditional “tick-box” PMO structure
• Has experience building PMO functions that improve efficiency and provide real business insight
A key part of the transformation will involve the optimisation of Jira, so strong Jira experience is essential.
This is a genuinely high-impact opportunity for someone who wants to shape how PMO supports transformation moving forward, rather than simply maintaining governance processes.
