About the company
My client has been established for over thirty years providing mechanical , electrical, civil and facilities design and management to the highest standard. They are completely commercial works and want somebody to join the team with solid commercial experience.
Responsibilities
* Conducting routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems throughout the facility.
* Performing repairs and troubleshooting issues with plumbing fixtures, pipes, and equipment.
* Installing, repairing, and maintaining water supply lines, drainage systems, and sewage systems.
* Collaborating with other maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of plumbing-related issues.
* Assisting in the planning and execution of plumbing-related projects and renovations.
* Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a plumber, with a minimum of several years in a similar role.
* Relevant plumbing qualifications and certifications.
* Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
