Location: Bristol
Salary: £38,000-£50,000, depending on experience
Are you an experienced Town Planner looking for your next career move? An established planning and design consultancy in Bristol is looking to expand its team with a talented Senior / Principal Town Planner.

Relevant degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.
MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership, depending on experience.
Previous experience within a planning consultancy or local authority.
Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation, policy and development management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience engaging with clients, stakeholders and local planning authorities.
A proactive and commercially aware approach to planning and development.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing and delivering planning applications from initial instruction through to determination.
Preparing planning statements, reports and supporting documentation.
Advising clients on planning policy, development potential and planning strategy.
Liaising with local planning authorities, consultants and key stakeholders.
Managing client relationships and supporting business development activities.
Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Providing planning advice across a range of development projects.
