Senior Planner – Data Centre Projects
Location: Spain

Salter Grange is currently partnering with a leading international engineering contractor to recruit two experienced Senior Planners for major hyperscale data centre projects in Spain.

Senior Planner Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and manage detailed project programmes from pre-construction through to commissioning.

Monitor project progress and performance against programme milestones.
*
Identify programme risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies.
*
Work closely with project management, commercial and site teams to ensure programme alignment.
*
Produce regular planning reports and progress updates for senior stakeholders.
*
Support project controls and reporting requirements across multiple work packages.
*
Lead planning meetings and contribute to strategic project delivery decisions.
Senior Planner Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Senior Planner within construction, engineering or mission-critical environments.
*
Strong background in data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial, semiconductor, life sciences or large-scale commercial projects.
*
Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
*
Excellent understanding of project controls, scheduling and programme management.
*
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
*
Ability to work within a fast-paced project environment.
