Senior Planner - Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and coordinate large scale high-value water civil engineering projects, ensuring that project specifications are met and that the workload of the team is managed efficiently.
Produce accurate planning documents, including schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and contractors, to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate with other teams and departments to ensure efficient project management.
Manage budgets and produce cost estimates for projects.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.   
Senior Planner - Qualifications/ What my client will look for:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and managing large scale high-value water civil engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering and project management principles and practices.
Proficiency in using planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Experience working with Tier 1 contractors preferred.
