The Planner role is expected to involve:
* Preparing and updating tender and construction programmes.
* Working with project teams on sequencing, procurement and delivery plans.
* Monitoring progress, identifying potential delays and helping develop solutions.
* Attending planning meetings and visiting sites as required.
* Providing clear programme updates to the wider team.
Planner Opportunity - I’d love to hear from you if you have:
* Planning experience within a construction or main contracting environment.
* A good understanding of construction methods and project delivery.
* Experience using planning software such as Asta Powerproject or Microsoft Project.
* Familiarity with NEC and/or JCT contracts.
* A practical approach, good attention to detail and confidence working with different teams.
This Planner opportunity is at an early stage and subject to confirmation. I’m having initial, confidential conversations with suitable candidates so we can be ready if it progresses.
