Carbon60 are working with a global risk and insurance company who are looking for several Senior Pension Administrators to join their pensions team on an initial 6-month contract.
Main Responsibilities
Working within an established pensions administration team, servicing member queries in relation to Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes.
Deal with potentially complex and technical pension related complaints.
In conjunction with the team leader(s), ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) and performance standards are achieved.
Deputise in the absence of the team leader.
Be a senior point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases.
Required Experience
Senior level pensions administrator, with at least 3+ years' experience in pensions administration, queries, and/or complaints.
Defined Contribution (DC) or master trust pensions experience.
Prior experience dealing with a high volume of pension related complaints.
Ideally, some experience of coaching and supporting less experienced pension associates.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Good time management skills, and comfortable prioritising own workload.
Able to work to a high level of accuracy.
Customer and quality focused.
Computer literate.
Please note: no Defined Benefit (DB) experience is required.
Contract Specifics
Contract Length: 6-months initially, with potential for extension.
Pay Rate: £300-£350 per day (Inside IR35).
Office Location: Surrey.
