Location: Hybrid/Edinburgh or Glasgow - Onsite collaboration when required depending on project/team requirements

Spinwell is recruiting for a Senior Pega Developer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR PEGA DEVELOPER
An experienced Pega System Architect with solid commercial experience of Pega 8 is required to accelerate and modernise client’s business processes. The focus of the work will be the ongoing collaborative development of the Case Management System used for Land Registration.
The development team also owns the existing Case Management System (CMS) processes and support for those will also be required.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE SENIOR PEGA DEVELOPER
* PCSA with significant commercial experience with Pega 8
* Ability to work with business stakeholders, to understand the context, and to focus on delivering value.
* Excellent collaboration, communication and teamwork skills
* Experience working in an Agile environment.
* Be an advocate for the team, when you see a process that could be improved with a BPM solution.
* Knowledge of Pega’s testing framework.
* A good understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines.
