Title: Senior Payroll Administrator
Location: Darlington
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Are you an experienced Client Payroll Administrator who can handle a large portfolio of clients?
JGA are working with a leading chartered accountancy practice who are looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to assist with their growing portfolio of clients.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Process weekly, bi-weekly, monthly payrolls accurately and on time, including complex payrolls
Calculate and verify SSP, SMP, SPP; complete DWP forms as needed
Review client data, raise queries to ensure information accuracy
Run reports from payroll system for manager review, re-run if required
Handle BACS submission paperwork and pension provider uploads
Generate year-end reports, issue P60s to employees
Mentor and provide guidance to payroll team members as needed What You’ll Need:
Proven track record of at least 2 years in a client/payroll bureau setting
Advanced Excel proficiency to handle data and reporting
Extensive experience with high-volume payroll operations
