* Nurture our relationships with existing partners to ensure we are achieving maximum value and secure new opportunities with partners that we are yet to identify.
* Ensure our user acquisition delivery from partners is meeting customer demand profitably.
* Lead the negotiation of commercial terms with partners, demonstrating clear ROI against spend, supporting the team to do this also.
* Being a hands-on, you will win revenue generated from wholesale partners and manage those relationships.
* Quickly develop an in-depth understanding of existing and future strategy, ensuring alignment with the partner and affiliate opportunities you are developing.
* Regularly report on partner and affiliate performance to senior stakeholders (including SLT) and provide regular business updates on results, strategy, and future deliverables.
Requirements
* You will come from a business development background with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial, influencing and negotiating skills.
* Strong project management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term and multiple projects simultaneously.
* Expert understanding of affiliate tracking methodologies, data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
* Experience working alongside (or within) a performance marketing team.
* Previous experience managing a team but comfortable also being an individual contributor with your own pipeline.
* You will have experience working across all levels of the business, including with board level stakeholders.
