Senior Paid Media Account Manager
About the role
A growing London-based Paid Media and creative agency is looking for an experienced Senior Paid Media Account Manager to join its team.
Working with ambitious e-commerce and DTC brands, you'll take ownership of client accounts, manage Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, and work closely with an Account Director on strategy.
This is a hands-on Paid Media role for someone who understands both campaign performance and the commercial side of e-commerce.
What you'll be doing
Managing and optimising Paid Media campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok.
Owning day-to-day client relationships and leading performance calls.
Developing Paid Media strategies focused on growth, ROAS, CPA and revenue.
Analysing e-commerce performance, creative results and customer economics.
Troubleshooting tracking, feed and campaign issues.
Managing and mentoring an Account Executive.
Identifying opportunities across Paid Media, creative and landing-page optimisation.
What we're looking for
4+ years of hands-on Paid Media experience, ideally within an agency.
Strong experience across Paid Search and Paid Social.
A proven background managing e-commerce accounts.
Confident with Google Ads, Meta and TikTok.
Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV and revenue growth.
Experience managing client relationships and junior team members.
Someone curious, commercially minded, accountable and comfortable making decisions.
