Description:
Senior Oracle Project Manager (Oracle Database Migration) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 3 months rolling contract, to be based from home, UK. (UK Only).
Responsibilities & Skills:
The successful applicant will be an experienced a Senior Oracle Project Manager with a vertical in Oracle Database Migration
Must have Oracle Database Migration experience 11g to 12c and be an experienced Senior Project Manager
Experience of leading a large scale, complex Oracle database migration (11g to 23c) as part of a large scale tech refresh programme.
The candidate must have a track record of demonstrable Oracle database migration projects to time, cost and quality.
Large scale Oracle migration project experience
Must have project managed Oracle database migrations and Oracle database upgrades
Migration of servers from differing operating systems
Performance testing
Technically aware - capable of interacting with technical and non-technical team members
Awareness of escalation processes within Oracle
