First class opportunity for a Senior Operations Manager / Head of Operations with a highly succesful contractor ion the civils and water sector
This role will cover the whole Southern Water region
The location is flexible and will suit candidate in either Hampshire, Sussex, or Kent
Role Purpose of the Senior Operations Manager / Head of Operations
* To lead and manage the Discipline Operation Managers.
* To work in close cooperation with the Client to deliver the Framework objectives
Role Summary of the Senior Operations Manager / Head of Operations
* To have full understanding of workload/projects
* Ensure sufficient resource to workload/projects
* Manage and monitor projects and teams
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
* Drive daily performance
* Client liaison and management
* Budget control
* Report on progress & performance

Experience & Qualification Required
* Previous experience in a senior operations management role
* IOSH Managing Safely
* Good communications skills
* High competence in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Desired Experience
* NEBOSH Construction
* Utility multi-year framework experience in either WasteWater, Water, Electric, or Gas
* Additionally preferable experience if in Reactive Repair and Maintenance Experience
* Deep excavation experience
* Competence with MS Project, Power BI
* High Pressure Jetting
* NRSWA Supervisor
