The Role
You'll manage bid budgets from concept to client approval, assist in reviewing monthly reports, conduct regular service audits, and process invoices.
Your commercial acumen will help identify opportunities within contract parameters, develop a commercial strategy, and manage IT systems and equipment. You will liaise with the Trust to deliver service-related contractual obligations and produce monthly health and safety statistics.
The role also includes overseeing the provision of non-clinical support services, managing the electronic finance system (SAP), and leading a team comprising a Project Manager, Team Secretary, Project Administration Assistant, Variation Manager, and Variation Support Assistant.
Location: London/Hybrid 3/4 days onsite

Salary: Up to £85,000 DOE

What do you need to bring to the table?
Significant experience in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Construction Management, or RICS qualification.
A postgraduate qualification or membership of a relevant professional body (MCIOB, MRICS) is desirable.
Working knowledge of SAP.You might have experience of: Asset management, PFI, PPP, SPC, SPV, Project Management, Compliance, Governance, etc.
