Purpose of the Job - Senior Office Administrator:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to operational and management teams across the business.
Manage company records, documentation, and databases, ensuring information is accurate, compliant, and up to date.
Coordinate audits, compliance activities, and reporting requirements to support business objectives.
Produce management reports, track KPIs, and maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth business operations.
Support senior management with office administration, document control, meeting coordination, and process improvement initiatives.
Monitor training, certification, and compliance records, ensuring mandatory requirements are maintained.
Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, timesheets, and general business support activities as required
