Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for your next challenge in a rewarding neurological rehabilitation setting?
At Brainkind Stagenhoe, we're looking for a passionate and person-centred Senior Occupational Therapist to join our friendly multidisciplinary team. Set within a beautiful historic building in Hitchin, you'll have the opportunity to support people with a range of neurological conditions, helping them maximise their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.
What you'll be doing
* Delivering high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions.
* Developing person-centred treatment and support plans.
* Leading and supporting a small team of Therapy Assistants and Activity Coordinators.
* Contributing to and developing therapeutic group programmes.
* Working closely with colleagues across the multidisciplinary team.
* Supporting individuals through their rehabilitation journey and celebrating their achievements.
What we're looking for
✔ Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
✔ HCPC Registration
✔ Evidence of ongoing CPD
✔ A proactive and compassionate approach to patient care
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔ Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Experience within neurological rehabilitation is welcomed but not essential, and applications from candidates with relevant placements or transferable experience are encouraged.
