You’ll support and enhance network infrastructure, both on-site and in the cloud (AWS & Azure). What You’ll Do
Network Maintenance & Support-Ensure smooth operation of both on-site and cloud network services.
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota, with additional compensation for your expertise.
Technical Upgrades-Lead enhancements to cloud services and on-site network technology.
Work closely with the IT Services team to swiftly resolve service-affecting incidents.What We’re Looking For
Proven skills in network infrastructure, particularly with Cisco hardware, wireless LANs, VPN, MPLS, IPSEC, EIGRP, BGP, DHCP, DNS, and firewalls.
Background in delivering network upgrades and working in a 24/7 support environment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
