Conduct technical due diligence and prepare detailed reports.
Oversee cladding assessments and related compliance work.
Deliver professional building surveying services to clients.
Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Provide expert advice on property-related matters.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Maintain MRICS standards in all surveying activities.

A successful Senior MRICS Building Surveyor should have:

Salary ranging from £65,000 to £78,000, dependent on the level of experience.
