Senior Mortgage Advisor
A high performing and expanding independent mortgage brokerage is seeking a very experienced and skilled mortgage broker to assist with the expansion of the operation. They deal with complex cases and have an exceptionally lucrative lead source which is getting busier, not quieter like what you may be hearing in the press. * Negotiable Basic Salary £30,000 - £35,000, or choose a more lucrative self employed option
* 20% Commission (much more if you choose the self employed option)
* Genuine On Target Earnings of £85,000 - £110,000 based on current leads and performance levels

Senior Mortgage Advisor - Qualification:
* CeMAP 1, 2 and 3 are required for this role, or equivalent
* Preferably a minimum of 4 years mortgage sales experience (we deal with complex cases)
* The successful candidate will display outstanding customer service skills as well as being highly motivated, professional and a real "people person", with the ambition to be the very best they can be.
