Senior MEP Revit Coordinator

Location: Rochdale (Hybrid/Site & Office Based)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Mid-Level / Senior MEP Revit Coordinator to join our growing design team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, industrial, and high-specification building sectors.

The successful candidate will play a key role in producing coordinated MEP designs and construction information using Revit, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
Produce coordinated MEP models and drawings using Autodesk Revit.
Develop and maintain accurate BIM models throughout project lifecycles.
Coordinate mechanical, electrical and public health services with architectural and structural disciplines.
Identify and resolve clashes using BIM coordination processes.
Produce detailed construction and installation drawings.
Attend design coordination meetings with internal teams, clients and contractors.
Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and BIM protocols.
Assist with design development from concept through to construction.
Maintain project documentation and drawing registers.
Support junior team members where required and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements Essential:

Strong experience using Autodesk Revit for MEP coordination.
Good understanding of mechanical, electrical and public health building services.
Experience producing coordinated construction drawings.
Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings.
Knowledge of BIM workflows and industry standards.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Full UK Driving Licence.Desirable:

Experience with Navisworks and clash detection.
AutoCAD experience.
Knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM standards.
Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, commercial or industrial projects.What We Offer
