Salary: £80,000-£85,000 per annum

The Opportunity
Are you a commercially driven Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge?
We're seeking an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a team delivering a global programme of mini data centre projects. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing the commercial performance of technically challenging projects within a growing, fast-paced environment.
We're looking for someone who combines strong MEP commercial expertise with a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills and the confidence to take ownership of their work.
This role would suit a commercially astute professional who enjoys being involved in the wider project, building relationships and driving packages forward rather than simply managing the numbers.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the commercial delivery of MEP packages across a global mini data centre programme.
Take ownership of cost control, budgeting, forecasting and commercial reporting.
Manage procurement, subcontractor appointments, valuations and variations.
Monitor project costs, identify commercial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Prepare and manage applications for payment, final accounts and contractual documentation.
Work closely with project managers, clients, subcontractors and wider delivery teams.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve commercial performance and protect project margins.
Ensure commercial processes are followed and projects are delivered in line with agreed budgets and contractual requirements. About You
We're looking for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor who brings both commercial expertise and the right personality to the role.
You will ideally have:

Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the MEP or building services sector.
A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical packages, procurement and commercial management.
Excellent cost control, forecasting and subcontractor management skills.
A proactive approach, with the initiative to identify issues and drive solutions independently.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
The confidence to operate in a client-facing and project-facing environment.
A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Data centre experience would be advantageous, particularly given the nature of the programme.
What's on Offer?

£80,000-£85,000 salary, depending on experience.
Hybrid working, with Mondays and Fridays working from home.
Opportunities to contribute to a global programme of mini data centre projects.
A commercially important role with genuine responsibility and ownership.
The opportunity to work alongside clients and project teams on technically challenging projects
