Location: London
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Project Manager to join our growing team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with a strong track record of delivering major projects, particularly within MEP/HVAC environments, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful project outcomes within challenging programme constraints.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator who can build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and delivery teams while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, programme, and commercial performance. A strong understanding of MEP/HVAC systems and project delivery is essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the successful delivery of major MEP/HVAC projects from inception through to completion.

* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

* Manage project programmes, resources, risks, and budgets to achieve project objectives.

* Drive project delivery against strict timelines and milestones, ensuring programme commitments are met.

* Monitor project performance, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.

* Provide regular project reporting to senior management and clients.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering major construction, infrastructure, or building services projects.

* Strong background in MEP/HVAC systems, including mechanical services, ventilation, air conditioning, and associated infrastructure.

* Demonstrable experience managing complex MEP/HVAC projects to demanding programmes and delivery schedules.

* Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication abilities.

* Experience working within highly regulated environments is advantageous.

* Exposure to rail sector projects would be beneficial, although not essential.

* Commercial awareness with the ability to manage project costs and contractual obligations.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently lead project teams while maintaining strong client relationships. You will have a proven ability to deliver complex MEP/HVAC projects successfully, balancing technical requirements with programme and stakeholder expectations. Experience overseeing large-scale MEP/HVAC packages on major projects will be highly regarded.

What’s on Offer

* Competitive salary and benefits package.

* Opportunity to work on high-profile, technically challenging MEP/HVAC projects.

* Career progression within a growing and ambitious organisation.

* Collaborative and supportive working environment
