Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee mechanical projects from inception to completion, This will be working on Victoria Road Crossover Box, near to Old Oak Common in West London, on HS2.
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate mechanical projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly
- Conduct site visits to assess project status and provide guidance as needed
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Mechanical Project Manager or similar role
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in Civil 3D software for project design and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with team members and clients
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
