The OPRA Group has a great opportunity for a highly motivated, diligent, meticulous, and reliable Senior Mechanical Estimator to join the pre-construction team at the Head Office in London.
This is a permanant, full-time role.
Role Duties:
* Provide estimates from initial enquiry through to submission.
* Complete full-measure take-off from tender drawings of all mechanical, public health and domestic services
* Review specifications and incorporate in tender.
* Ensure compliance with the latest regulations.
* Technical analysis of supplier and sub-contractor quotations
* Attend all meetings required both internally and externally.
* Present your tender at adjudication with leadership team.
* Provide and cost VE alternatives.
* Provide detailed cost plans.
Senior Mechanical Estimator - Essential Skills & Experience Required:
* IT literate in all Microsoft Office 365 products.
* Estimation experience beneficial but not essential
* Effective communication skills
* Sound interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Ability to develop self and others.
* Organisational and planning skills
* Effective team player
* Ability to address problems calmly and work towards successful.
