We are seeking a motivated and versatile Senior Mechanical Engineer to join one of the South West’s leading MEP consultancies in their flagship Plymouth office.

You will play an key role in the engineering team, working with a strong team across sectors including defence, leisure, residential, commercial, residential and heritage.

Key Duties…

* Provide mechanical building services design to buildings and infrastructure work

* Work both independently and as part of a wider team

* Liaise with clients and external design teams

* Attend site visits and surveys

* Contribute to the growth and development of the Plymouth office and wider company

Who You’ll Be…

* Educated to bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or building services. Or hold the equivalent level of relevant education

* Strong track record working across multiple projects

* Full IT literate including relevant experience using AutoCAD, NES, Amtech, Revit, Cymap and MS Office

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Understand managing and setting budgets

* Able to work under pressure

* Hold a full UK driving license
