About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a growing and well-established Building Services consultancy in Leeds. You'll work on a diverse range of projects across sectors including healthcare, residential, industrial, commercial, and specialist developments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the mechanical design of Building Services projects from concept through to completion.
Produce and review technical calculations, specifications, and reports.
Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams.
Attend project meetings and site visits when required.
Support and mentor junior engineers.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
Degree qualified in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
Proven experience within a Building Services consultancy.
Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical building services design.
Experience using industry-standard design software.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Chartered status, or working towards Chartership, is desirable.
