Our client is a leading auto centre chain with a reputation for excellent service, transparent pricing, and getting you back on the road quickly and safely is looking to add an Excellent Senior Vehicle Technician to join their team in Rotherham.

As a Senior Workshop Technician, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our workshop, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality.  This role requires a blend of advanced technical skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage a team of workshop technicians and testers. You will work closely with the Customer Services Advisor to optimise workflows and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Navigate customer concerns alongside service advisors: This focuses on your collaboration with customer service to resolve issues.
Uphold rigorous MOT compliance: This simplifies the language around MOT standards.
Ensure quality control through inspections: This clarifies your role in ensuring completed work meets expectations.
Optimize inventory levels for budget and operational needs: This combines stock management with budget awareness.
Evaluate team performance and provide feedback: This rephrases your responsibility for conducting performance reviews.

Full UK driving license.
Additional Information:

•              Full driving license required.

•              A minimum of 3 years of experience is desired.

•              Level 3 and/or MOT qualification desired.
