Senior Marketing Manager – (Part Time permanent – 3 days) – strategy, leadership, growth, creativity, innovation delivery!

Run the existing strategy, delivery results. Team accountability. Evolve and build on their existing marketing strategy, facilitate growth and brand recognition.
Our absolutely delightful client, driven by their very clear values needs to step up their marketing strategy management, to deliver increased lead generation and revenue generating opportunities and build on their excellent brand and reputation.
Who are we looking for? A strong leader and manager of marketing strategy, lead generation and brand development who has management experience and can hold a small team accountable and encourage excellent results through clear direction and communication.
A B2B Marketing specialist based 1 day a week (Wednesdays) in the office with the rest of the part time hrs (2 days) at home. Flexibility will be required to fit business needs.
Bring the ideas, think outside the box, innovate and really own this role. Being analytical, hands on, creative and a team player are all essential traits!
This is a live role, looking for a dynamic Marketing strategist to start in June or early July (ideally)

* Make no mistake, this won’t be a hobby- this is a serious leadership role to deliver an on going b2b growth strategy and lead a small team.
* Site visits from time to time will be required. In the early stages to understand the business and brand and medium to long term to understand the local opportunities and area specifics.
* The team will do the do, you will manage the strategy, accountability and be the creative genius and brand developer, leaning on the co-founders’ years of experience as she takes a more consultative role in the business.
* A creative, think outside the box, results driven marketing leadership role to develop marketing strategy to oversee a fab little team and build on it medium to long term to facilitate growth and develop UK wide brand awareness.
The Candidate:
* You will align with the company values which are excellent by the way!
* You will have a strong background in leading and delivering a marketing strategy in a b2b marketing role
* You will have clear communication skills, a creative mind, be able to innovate and be curious and be a can-do kind of person with strong work ethic
* Technology – using and perhaps developing the use of the latest marketing platforms and technologies
* Ability and experience to understand budgets, ROI
* Experience of developing a brand and facilitation growth through lead generation.

Package and next steps:
* Negotiable pro rata basic salary (circa £45,000 - £55,000)
