Description

The key responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager will include:

Developing, and delivering on the Marketing growth strategy to support the business objectives
Developing an effective and efficient lead engine
Delivering against Marketing KPIs and managing the marketing budget, effectively sharing performance at the leadership and board level
Delivering a comprehensive rolling calendar of all Marketing activities and campaigns
Work seamlessly with Sales and other operational teams
Managing external marketing agencies
Coordinating an outsourced Marketing model, collaborating with suppliers to deliver design, SEO, website improvements, and PR.
Owning and managing the social media platforms
Coaching, and mentoring an internal team on marketing best principlesProfile

The successful Senior Marketing Manager will have the following skills and experience:

- 5+ years experience in B2B marketing roles
- Experience working in a industrial, tech / Saas industry
- Experience working in the IIoT sector is preferable
- Line management experience would be preferable
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience working collaboratively with sales, and product teams
- Proactive attitude, and an ability to work autonomously
- Strong experience in digital marketing, including SEO, Wordpress, and CRM management

Job Offer

On offer for the successful Senior Marketing Manager:

Starting salary up to £60,000 based on experience
Hybrid working option after probationary period
