Location: Ripley, Derbyshire
Salary: £35,000 -£40,000 per annum

SF Recruitment are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join a fantastic business based in Ripley, Derby. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of our clients marketing strategies, responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will work closely with various departments to ensure our marketing efforts align with our overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness, market share, and customer engagement across all channels, including online, social media, email, print, and events.
Collaborate with other teams, including sales, CSM, Service Team, and consulting, to align marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging
Collaborate with our partners to align marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging
Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing collateral to facilitate the marketing campaigns, such as brochures, Google Ads, press releases, blog content, case studies and social media posts, ensuring high-quality and on-brand materials.
Manage and optimise PPC and organic digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, display advertising, and social media advertising, to drive website traffic, lead generation, and sales conversions.
Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase customer retention.
Plan and manage exhibitions, webinars, and other promotional events, ensuring successful execution and ROI measurement.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies and budgets.
Manage and mentor the junior marketing team member, fostering a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment
Stay current on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent analytical and project management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
