Description:
The role
Identify and overcome risks during product development process
Fault-finding and problem solving issues with manufacturing processes using APQP
Implement manufacturing processes for machined components
Investigate non-conformances using root cause analysis activities
Liaise with production and suppliers to optimise efficiency and reduce wasteKey Skills
Experience using APQP and FMEA Methodologies
Experience in a machine shop / precision engineering environment
Knowledge of ISO9001 and QMS
Use of ERP/MRP systems
Process design, optimisation and improvement
