Description:

Peace Recruitment are working with a Glasgow based Housing Association to source an experienced Senior Maintenance Officer. The role can be permanent or 6 months contract if preferred.

Your role will be to manage the planned works programme.

* You will play a key role in the procurement strategy so experience of procurement within the public sector is essential for this role.

* Knowledge of SHQS and EESSH are required for this role as you will play a key role in delivery of projects.

* Contractor management and budget control.

* Management of the planned maintenance team.

In return there is a string salary available, £46,000 to £50,000 and also excellent benefits package.

* 25 days annual leave and 15 public holidays.

* Defined contribution pension scheme.

* Death in Service Benefit .

* Flexible working practices including flexi time, enhanced occupational maternity, paternity and shared parental leave
