We have an exciting vacancy within our Engineering department, we are recruiting for an A Shift Senior Maintenance Engineer.

A Shift- 06:00-18:00

Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

Week 2: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday

As the Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will be a key player in ensuring the optimal performance of our production facility for our day shift. Your role will involve providing leadership and technical expertise to a team of engineers, effectively responding to breakdowns, and implementing preventative maintenance strategies.

As the Senior Engineer, you will ensure that health and safety remains our top priority and be able to lead and motive a team covering a 24/7 factory process.

You’ll be responsible for the planned maintenance programs and new equipment installations through to front line breakdown and fault-finding.

As a senior member of the team, you will display confidence in your own abilities and have a positive approach to problem solving, implementing improvements and a clear and positive communicating style.

You will work closely and report to the Maintenance Manager where you will be involved in the development and implementation of continuous improvement and support with the planning of other department projects.
