Senior Lettings Negotiator

Description:

Do you have any experience in Lettings or Estate agency? If so we want to hear from you. My client is looking for a Senior Lettings Consultant/Negotiator for their office based in Marlborough. You will be joining a fantastic team, scope to make the role your own and supported to progress your career within this well-established agency.

Responsibilities for this Senior Lettings Consultant role will include:

Booking and conducting viewings
Negotiating offers
Offering a high level of costumer service
Diary management and a good understanding of excel/word
Ability to establish quick rapport with applicants Skills & Experience for this Senior Lettings Consultant role:

6 months (minimum) in Lettings or estate agency
Driving license is essential
Exceptional communication skills
Smart, well-presented and professional in appearance and manner Benefits for this Senior Lettings Consultant role include;
