Salary: OTE £45k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Our client is looking for a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their well-established independent Estate Agency based in Palmers Green, N13.
You will be well-presented and have a genuine interest in progressing your career as a letting agent. A local candidate with good local knowledge would be ideal!

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator /Senior Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:
Previous experience as Lettings Negotiator
Excellent sales ability
High level of customer service skills
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge of Palmers Green and surrounding areas helpful
Full Driving License essential and own car
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
