Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is a wonderful role for a Senior Lettings Negotiator with previous experience is residential sales negotiation coupled with excellent communication skills and a personable nature.
The role involves being at the forefront of the company, dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis and as such you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.

The skills required for this Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:
Previous experience as Lettings Negotiator
Excellent sales ability
High level of customer service skills
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge of the Brighton and Hovea rea helpful
Full Driving License essential and own car essential
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
