Senior Legal Assistant
Medway, Hybrid working
£30,000 -£35,000
We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Assistant to join our Medway based client.
The Senior Legal Assistant handles a variety of defended and bespoke litigation files from inception to conclusion.
Responsibilities:
Handle varied contentious caseloads.
Assess cost implications and commercial benefits.
Support Legal Assistants with their caseloads.
Compile monthly reports.
Liaise with external agencies and internal management.
Draft court documents and instruct counsel.
Ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications:
Qualified Legal Executive or Law Degree.
Experience with contentious caseloads and court advocacy.
Knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and relevant Consumer Acts
